Cricut Joy Projects
The Cricut joy projects that I have made so far have been so super fun, simple and doable. I love that it is small enough to move around the studio with ease and works from my iPad. These two thing make it one of my all time favorite crafting tools. If you are not sure how to get started, I recommend purchasing the Cricut Joy Bundle.
Right Now I am giving one away, along with lots of my blogger friends, over on Instagram. Click here to ENTER! The entire contest is being run over on Instagram!
Okay, more projects!
Here are some more awesome little Cricut Joy projects to get you started.
My friend Lindsay over at Artsy Fartsy Mama shares all about how crazy awesome and simple it is to create amazing cards with Cricut Joy. Hop over to her blog to get all the details about the Insert Cards and the process.
This project is over on my friend Meg from Makeable Crafts blog. I love it because it uses scraps of paper that otherwise might have been thrown away. While the Cricut Joy has Smart Vinyls that do not require a mat, there is a mat available for cutting LOTS of other materials.
This adorable font is in Design Space and was perfect for my Jar of Gold project.
Cricut Joy Fun Facts
All Cricut Machines are operated inside of a downloadable app which can be used on a computer, phone or tablet. It is called Design Space and the app allows you to cut or draw digital images and/or fonts. You can select images and fonts for free from Cricut’s Design Space.
You can hope over to Cricut to get Cricut Access Standard.
When cutting out Vinyl, Cricut Joy uses a SMART Vinyl that requires NO mat. It comes in so many fantastic colors!
Most importantly, I absolutely LOVE that the Cricut Joy is so portable. The adorable bag fits the machine and cords inside and the tools in the pocket outside. This means that I can take my crafting on-the-go!
Check back soon because I plan to add more and more projects to this post as I make and share them!
