I make this because it is yummy and easy. Really SIMPLE that is. This crab dip is great on crackers or as a dip for chips. It also spreads great on toasted baguette slices and can be used to stuff mushrooms and chicken for baking. It is quick so having the ingredients on hand means you can whip it together for an unexpected guest in moments.
I mix it together in a bowl first then pour it into a baking dish for the cooking part. Here it is…going in the oven. (Sprinkling pepper on the top is optional.)
Then I serve it right from the dish.
