I love these square plates made by Chinet. I am pretty excited that Chinet is a sponsor for the SNAP Conference I am heading to next month. I bought these at the local grocery store and then decided that they would be super fun to make fancy. The fancy plates for cookies are perfect for St. Patrick’s Day!
Gather your supplies. You will need the plates, ribbon, a hole punch and scissors. To get these dessert plates, you can click HERE.
Punch holes in the 4 corners and 2 more on each side, evenly spaced apart.
Thread ribbon through the holes and tie a bow. Ta Da!
These cookies are decorated with green royal icing. The giant candies are actually Jumbo Rainbow Polka Dot Sprinkles. You can get them at Bakers Party Shop HERE. I added marshmallows for clouds.
Happy creating fancy!
Cheers,
Laura
