Best Handmade Gifts to Buy From Makers

I am super excited to share what I think are the Best Handmade Gifts to Buy From Makers both online, at crafty events and on Instagram too.  Recently my Team Creative Crafts hosted a Gift-A-Thon and we did a live video where we unboxes and shared all of these amazing handmade items.  I wanted to take the time to share them with you guys here on the blog too.  Check out the full unboxing and gifty party of the Gift-A-Thon over on Facebook.

The Cookie Corner AZ

Jackie is a cookie expert with a sweet heart of gold. I have had the pleasure of meeting her in person and over the years forming a friendship for which I am so grateful. She mostly sells cookies locally in the Phoenix area but occassionally does some shipping too.  She created cookie designs of my 2021 pink creative boots, a rainbow and our Team Creative Crafts logo! You can follow her on Instagram and I promise — you will be so inspired.

Sunny and Waves Shop

Jackie from the Cookie Corner AZ has a daughter who has become a maker selling products too.  She sells her darling zipper pouches with a variety of hand stitched designs.  We, of course, all loved the rainbow pouches with the tassels.  She also has an Etsy store.

Looks Something Shiny

Kristen is one of the most creative people I have encountered on the squares of Instagram.  She shares on the account Look Something Shiny and sells straight from the squares. She sent us a layered gift box with handmade treasures packed in between tissue paper of all the rainbow colors.  I am MOST excited to share these with you because I feel like she has something for everyone!

Handmade hoop art is such a great little way to spread a positive message and decorate.  Kristen made one of these for each of us! I got the one that says JOY!

She also send us each a bracelet.  Here are two of my faves.

Her creativity is endless. The notecards that she makes include fabric, stitching and rainbows! I bought some of these earlier this year and have LOVED sending them out in the mail to special people.

Sunshine and Raen

I found Rachael on Instagram too.  We are in a maker trade group together.  I think that her wooden decor pieces are stunning and after buying adorable bunnies for Easter, invited her to particiapte in the Gift-A-Thon.  She sent these darling rainbows for each of us and I LOVE mine so much.  It is in my studio spreading happy. If you want to see more of her creations, check out her Etsy shop!

Polka Dot Paper Company

Paula from Polka Dot Paper Company has my same passion for bright, cheerful color and all things PAPER! She has an Etsy stored filled with so much happiness.

Her perpetual calendar is one of the best calendar gift ideas for friends who love organization and celebrations. She also sells beautiful cards and vinyl stickers!

Old Ragdoll Company

Tiffany at Old Ragdoll Company is one of my most favoritest people to follow on Instagram.  Her authenticity and love for making and sharing inspire me every day. Her handmade dolls make my heart so happy.  I have them for the different seasons and some more for keeping in my decor. I LOVE them to pieces.

The s’mores dress on this doll reminds me of my many camping trips with my Girl Scout troop. That adorable S’Mores kit is from Bang Candy Company (another awesome participant in the Gift-A-Thon)!

The details that Tiffany puts in to each and every dolls makes them unique and super special.

Every single doll comes with a hand stamped tag!

Polka Dot Pig Folk Art

Julie makes the most stunning and amazing handmade items using a huge variety of materials, including lots of things that she thrifts. She send us this little cutie for the Gift-A-Thon. You can follow her creative journey in the squares of Instagram. She posts a ton in her stories too.

Suburban Cowgirl Clay

Jules specializes in pottery and has so many wonderful creations.  I bought this piece and actually gave it to my mother-in-law for Mother’s Day to put her jewelry in at night.  You can follow her on Instagram at Jules Paints.

Jules has an Etsy shop named Suburban Cowgirl Clay where she sells her handmade masterpieces.

A Sweet Berry Designs

Katie Berry is so talented when it comes to designing, woodworking and overall awesomeness.  She made all of us inspirational signs.  I ended up with the best one — In a World Where You Can Be Anything – Be Kind! You can shop in her online store!

I am wondering which of these amazing handmade gift ideas you love the most.  Please comment and share.  I will be sharing more of the makers very soon!

Cheers and Happy Supporting Makers!

Laura
