Whip up an easy and delicious blueberry crumble pie.

Today is Blueberry Pie Day!  I had no idea until I saw it on Instagram.  It is crazy how I get inspired by just “the finding out” and dash out to create based on my excitement.  It happens…A LOT.  Because gluten-free eating works best for my body, I decided to make a pie for dessert tonight that we could all eat and LOVE.  Here it is!

Of course, something this delicious should be served on Chinet’s  Crystal!  Nope, this is not sponsored.  I just think it is super pretty.

I started with a frozen pie crust then added this amazing filling from Duncan Hines and a layer of fresh blueberries.  I baked it at 350 degrees for 35 minutes then added the CRUMBLE and baked for 10 more at 400 degrees.

More Blueberry Recipes

Here are four more great blueberry recipes that I have made in the past.  All of them were delicious.  This one is my fave because it has GIRL SCOUT cookies in the crust.

This blueberry asparagus was delightful.  It is one of those things that just “happened” in the kitchen and ended up being scrumptious.

And then there is are these blueberry jalapeno grillers.  The blueberries really helped take the zing out of the peppers.  They are a great addition to a grilled dinner with steaks or chicken!

Thinking sweet stuff, these blueberry scones were a total hit.  We have made them with other fresh berries too and they are great every time!
