Five Ways to Add Cherries to The Lunchbox
There are tons of ways to cook and create recipes that use maraschino cherries. I am excited to share five awesome ways to quickly add these childhood favorites into lunches.
Peanut Butter and Cherry Sandwiches
First up in the lunchbox, peanut butter and cherry sandwiches. For real, they are awesome. Because cherries are a fruit, adding them instead of jelly gives this sandwich a fantastic twist. You could tape the free lunchbox notes to the sandwich bag!
Fruit Salad with Cherries
Second, cherries in the fruit. Fruit cocktails are a great way to get nutrition in the lunchbox. Simply cut up your child’s favorite fruits and add a bunch of cherries in the mix. Leave the stems on. They are half the fun.
