Paper Crafting With Simple Stories

This coming Saturday is National Scrapbook Day.  I have not been the best at EVER even getting one scrapbook completed BUT I do love doing it.  What I have found to be a great solution is to scrapbook cards and mini books as gifts and memories from events.  I had the pleasure of meeting the folks from Simple Stories when I was at Disney Land after CHA in January.  When I received a package from Tombow last week with products from Simple Stories, I flipped out.  It was the highlight of the day for sure.  To kick off the week in preparation for National Scrapbook Day on Saturday, I created these darling projects with the items that were in that package and some of my favorite things from Tombow too.  Being an ambassador for Tombow rocks!!!  I used the Carpe Diem Collection and you can grab it HERE on Amazon.

I used the scrapbook papers and cut them up to create a new cover for my binder.  I keep EVERYTHING in my binder…schedules, calendars, recipes, notes to self, etc.  To get the papers to stick together, I used Tombow’s MONO Permanent Adhesive Runner.

If you are wondering about that dariling flower die-cut, I made it with my Sizzix die that I designed!!!  I love being a Sizzix designer and get so happy when I use the ones I created in projects.

The stickers are so darling that I decided to make a set of notes to send to my friends with them.  I took a TON of photographs at SNAP Conference so plan to print some and send them with these darlings to my blogging buddies.

This one is my fave and I am writing it FIRST!  I am so thankful that the snow melted, the sun came out and it is warm enough to sit outside on the patio and write letters.  I love to write letters with my MonoTwin black marker because it has two awesome tips and I love to add hand lettering fun to what I do.

Note

I love that I can keep it all in the bag that they gave me in January when I visited them at the show!
