This morning I got to share snow globes with Fairfield World fillers on Denver’s Fox News. I always love going on the morning show with Meagan and Kirk. They are so genuine and fun to share with and test out crafty projects. We talked about some of the different kinds of fillers for snow globes that are made by Fairfield World and even had time to whip up two melted snow globe snowman ornaments. This post is sponsored by Fairfield World but the thoughts are my own.
This is me with Kirk and Meagan, hosts of the morning show. They are super fun to share with and create crafty fun. They are always good sports and authentically fun. Yes, Kirk is wearing his snow globe ornament (that he made himself) in his coat pocket. I have learned so much from the time I spent this year in the studio thanks to these two.
Kirk was a little excited about the size of the bag of Classic Bean Bag Filler! Of course it has to be BIG. It is to fill a bean bag chair.
I love making snow globes because of all of the different kinds of jars, “snow” fillers and cute holiday things there are. I got this adorable pinata reindeer from my creative blogger friend Leisha in the mail. It was full of candy and fun things. I decided it was perfect to take on the news and put in a snow globe!
Of course I had to include a gnome. Gnomes are my holiday theme this year and I have been going a little crazy.
We made quite a mess. These guys are silly acting like they are truly the clean up crew. They did give it a shot but the just kept blowing around on the floor.
Here is the clip of the news segment.
I can’t wait until 2019 to share more crafty fun with my friends on Fox Denver! Until then, if you want to make snow globes…the directions are in a blog post already. Here you go!
Cheers and Love,
Laura
