We have a dilemma in our family. Not everyone likes the same ingredients in their pasta. This recipe solves it all because when I made it, I did half with just meat and the other half with vegetables. I am sharing the vegetable version because it is the one that I love best. It is combination of spaghetti, lasagna and salad…all baked into one delicious entree. I named is Spaghetti Pasta Supreme and decided to share it as part of the Ultimate Recipe Challenge!
It all started because I found these Pronto (one pan – no boil – no drain) noodles at the grocery store and wanted to try them out. While they were cooking, I got bored and started adding things to my what-was-going-to-be a super simple dinner. This is what happened. I layered fresh spinach and sauteed mushrooms.
Then I added a blend of cheeses.
I topped it with the pasta mixture (what was supposed to be THE dinner) and a little mozzarella then baked it. If you are wondering, the sauce is from World Market. They have the BEST pasta sauces.
It was AH-mazing! I think that Spaghetti Pasta Supreme is happening again soon!
Here is the recipe…
