We are a crazy watermelon eating kick around here.  Today we whipped up this 3 ingredient watermelon ice and it was fantastic on top of being super easy.  I am excited to share the recipe AND a darling gift tag idea that turns it into a gift! Summertime is the season of the watermelon, right?  I think giving the gift of a frozen sweet treat is a great idea.

How to Make 3 Ingredient Watermelon Ice

It all starts with scooped out watermelon.  YUM!

There are only two other ingredients…water and sugar.  For real!!

Mix together 4ish C pureed watermelon with 1/4 C sugar dissolved in a 1/2 C boiling water then freeze.

It is great to eat alone…

Of course I like to package things up super cute with my Expressionery stamps and ribbon.

And deliver them to our adorable next door neighbors.

Delicious sweet and cold watermelon treat for a hot summer day!

Ingredients

• 4 Cups Pureed Watermelon
• 1/4 Cup Sugar
• 1/2 Cup Water

Instructions

Mix together 4ish C pureed watermelon with 1/4 C sugar dissolved in a 1/2 C boiling water then freeze.
