This bulletin board was destined to be in the dump. The wooden sides were gone and the front was all marred. It was in the pile. It was in THAT pile of stuff to be broken down and put in the big trash can. I saw it. I saved it! I am so glad!

I got these darling wooden letters at Target to spell C-R-E-A-T-E. I painted them in solid colors then glued things to them. To seal them I used Mod Podge!

I glued them to the bulletin board (after a fresh coat of black paint)! Then I drilled a hole in each side and added ribbon to hang it up.

The twine is such a fabulous addition because sometimes we don’t want to put holes in things with push pins. The twine is from the Dollar Spot! YYYAAASSSSS!!!!

Ta Da! It looks like this watercolor of a a Me and My Peeps character that I created has a bow in her hair!

Some things are great with pushpins.

I love Target. I love that every time I go there I leave with unexpected treasures to make things and create things and celebrate things!
Happy Turning Trash into Awesomeness,
Laura
