Cute Little Thanksgiving Drummy and Bread Garland

This cute little Thanksgiving drummy and bread garland is simply so adorable and fun.   I love it because it is so kidlike and decorative.

To make the garland you will need the following supplies and tools:

  • Kunin Group Corduroy Felt (Browns, Black and White)
  • Ellison/Sizzix Dies (Food: Meats and Poultry, Food:  Grains)
  • Black Embroidery Floss.Needle
  • Scissors
  • Ribbon
  • Felt Glue

Start by cutting out your base pieces (drummies and breads) using the dies from Sizzix on any of their machines.

Embellish them with felt circles for eyes (glued with felt glue) and stitched mouths with embroidery floss.

Sew them all to a piece of ribbon and easy as peasy, you have a darling little garland.

I am excited to share all of this year’s DIY ideas with you so you can jump around my blog and make all the things this coming week to prepare for the big day.

I also want to share this darling pie garland that my friend Beth Watson made.  It is over on the Kunin Group blog and I have to say that it is my favorite project spotted this year.

Cheers to Making, Creating and Celebrating,
