Going to camp is a great experience for girls. We dropped off Zoe on Sunday at Sky High Ranch for her third summer in a row and witnessed her confidence boost as the car rolled onto the camp road. I usually create fun things to send with her that can be shared with her new friends and tent or cabin buddies. A few of you have asked me to create the mini booklet that I sometimes share so that you can use it to. Here it is.
The first step is to print the free download of the booklet.
Next, cut the pages in half through the vertical middle, you will have the pages. Stack them up them fold in half and staple the booklet together. The first half of the pages will have activities and the second half will be blank for journal and doodling.
If you want to make your own cover, do that to the printed cover page and make copies of it. If you know how to edit a PDF file, you can add information there too.
I have lots of fun activities for girls in my TpT store too. Here are few of my favorites. This Summer Activity book is great for making an interactive journal with activities. The pages can be chosen and favorites can be added bunches of times. You can staple the journals together or use a three ring binder.
The SLIME Time activities are a great way to take the crafty trend into a learning experience.
If you are working with your girls on healthy living, this one is awesome. It’s the Printable Healthy ME book!
Lastly, if you are teaching about recycling and want an easy activity pack filled with ideas and resources, this Recycle Activity pack is for you!
Cheers to Camping and New Adventures,
Laura
