Eyeball Brownies Gluten Free and Allergy Friendly Treats

What is the Teal Pumpkin Project you might ask!?  It is a way to let trick-or-treaters or party goers that you have an allergy friendly option available for those who need or want it.  I think it is one of the best ideas ever.  We have been offering this at our house for as long as I can remember.  We often hand out crayons and coloring books but now can make and give these to friends too.  By placing a teal pumpkin on your porch, you are letting passersby know that you have something for their kiddos with allergies.  Did you know that this Hungry Harry’s chocolate cake mix is free from Peanuts, Eggs, Dairy, Gluten, Soy, Tree Nuts, Fish, Shellfish, Celery, Mustard, Sesame, Sulfites, Mollusks, Lupins, and Casein?  Do you think that is as amazing as I do?

Let’s make a batch of eyeball brownies.

The candy eyes might not stick so great, depending on how your batch cooks.  If Sun Butter is an option, it works great for making a sticky back to the candy eyes and you can grab it from Amazon too.  You can also mash up an avocado and put it in the batter if you are trying to add nutrients!
