Gifting Gluten Free Bella Cookies in a Jar

I have so many friends who are gluten free and I am telling you…baking gluten free from scratch is hard stuff.  I have tried and failed and tried and failed again.  The other day in King Soopers I ran across these darling round cartons of baking mix…gluten free.

Truth, I fell in love with the packaging.  They seemed a little expensive but hey, gluten free tends to be.  I bought the chocolate chip cookie mix by Bella Gluten Free and this morning I baked them up!

Seriously, they are amazing.  Zoe had a friend spend the night last night and her mom is gluten free.  PERFECT.  I decided to turn them into a quick gift to give her at pick-up.  YAY…finally a gluten free baking WIN!

Okay, let me just tell you about the cookies.  I used real butter and one brown farm egg.  They are completely moist (a word I only use when referring to food) and delicious.

I created the handstamped tag with one of my Expressionery stamps.  The come in so handy.  If you don’t have one yet, you can get one HERE!

Now, hop in your car and go get some Bella Gluten Free cookie mixes.  I know we are going for more today!  Now I want to try them all.  If you are an online shopper, you can get them on Amazon too!  I am crushing on this 6-pack!

Cheers to baking, creating and giving!
