If you are avoiding eggs and dairy, these ingredients could always be substituted.
They are perfect to put in a big mason jar and give as a gift. I think it is fun to give them all baked and ready to eat WITH a new mix. This allows the receiver of the gift to have the opportunity to bake too! I have so many friends with kiddos who often get left out of the sweet treat sharing because of allergies. This ensures that that doesn’t happen and I LOVE that!
