Ingredients for Salad

  • Lettuce
  • Strawberries
  • Tomatoes
  • Melon
  • Avocado

Fruits and Veggies

Directions

Cut the red onion into small pieces. Marinate the red onion slices in lime juice.  This is super important.  The longer you do this, the better the salad will taste. I tend to do this the night before and let it sit in the refrigerator over night.

Chop up all of your fruits and veggies. The fruits and vegetables can be cut into small or large pieces. For this salad, I recommend removing the skin if adding cucumbers.

  1. Yum. You have a lot of my favorite ingredients. Why haven’t I thought of this. I think I know what I’m making for lunch. I hope my avocado is ripe enough.
