Vintage Home Sewing Holiday Coasters

I am so excited to have received a copy of Beverly (from Flamingo Toes) new book, Vintage Home Sewing.  It is filled with eight adorable projects for your home and for gifting.  I made some super cute holiday coasters using her pattern and directions for Simple Hexie Coasters.  I am happy about sharing them with you and sharing more about the book too!

These are my darling coasters.  You can get all of the directions in her book, Vintage Home Sewing published by Nancy’s Notions.

I made one for me and one for Mr. Claus.  After all, we deserve hot beverages served on darling coasters during this crazy time of year.

I think they are super fun to make for all the seasons and holidays.  I got some darling fabric from Riley Blake and am making these for all my Valentines!  There are lots of other great projects in the book too.  This is the one that my daughter has selected to make over the holiday break.

Beverly is a super talented designer and artist.  Like me, she is active in the DIY, craft and sewing communities.  I am so honored to be featuring her new book in this post.  You can get Vintage Home Sewing from Nancy’s Notions and get started making projects for your home!
Cheers to Sewing and to Beverly’s New Book!

  1. I love your coasters! They turned out so adorable. Can I ask where you got the cute little gnome you have in the first picture? Very cute also.
