20 Minute Snow Globe Ornament
Making a snow globe ornament is the best because not only is it rather simple but it can be customized to fit any theme at all. While my preference is a winter or holiday wonderland theme, anything could be put in the ornament – well anything that fits anyway. I am excited to partner with Fairfield World this year in the sharing of FIFTY happy mail boxes that were shipped to designers to make snow globes. I am making this ornament with Poly-Pellets from Fairfield World and a few things I gathered from our Christmas stash of decorations.
Supplies Needed
- Poly-Pellets
- Clear Ornament
- Glue (I used Beacon’s Power-Tac)
- Tweezers
- Ribbon
- Ornament Hanger
Directions
Remove the top from the ornament. Start by gluing your decorative item(s) into the base of the ornament. Get your decoration for the inside ready by adding any embellishments.
If there is little space, use tweezers to get your item in place.
When the glue is dry, add Poly-Pellets for snow and put the top back on. Add ribbon and a hanger and BAM, you are done.
This is the fun box that went out to the designers.
Snow Globe Printable
I know that so many of you come here to Me and My INKlings Blog to grab free and festive printable so I created this little set for you. Use these to add to a family or friend craft gathering while making ornaments to create a little celebration.
