I always thought that scones were dry and never found myself to be much of a fan. My experience of scones has been that they tend to be not only dry but also bland. I found this Sticky Fingers box mix and World Market and decided to give it a try by adding a few things. These amazing gluten-free blueberry scones are not only tasty but moist…making this a total win at my house.
I mixed up the box following the directions but added a pint of fresh blueberries.
When placing the scones on the baking sheet, I made them about 3 TBSP and rolled them in sugar.
Yum, right!?
They are extra super amazing gluten-free blueberry scones when served with BUTTER.
