Our family loves Italian food and therefore it is a part of our weekly menus. With growing kiddos and busy lives, it is so fabulous to have recipes that can be created quickly and meet the nutritional standards that we set for them. Many days when they arrive home from school, they are practically starving (or so they say) and want more than a canned quick snack. These delicious mozzarella and tomato caprese WASA Cripsbread snacks made with Barilla are a favorite. This post was sponsored but all ideas and opinions are my own.
As a mom, I love that they love nourishing snacks that are super yummy. Did you know that in addition to be light and crispy, Wasa Crispbreads are 100% Whole Grain and Fat Free.
They also love soups with the Wasa Crispbreads and usually dip them right in it. This soup is delicious and contains approximately a single serving of pasta (generally regarded as 2 oz. (57 g) of cooked pasta for a first course or side dish). The recipe is easy peasy and the soup stores great in the refrigerator. It is actually delicious hot or cold so works great in lunches.

Barilla Gluten Free pasta has recently been named one of Parents Magazine’s “Top 25 Allergy Free Foods which comes as no surprise to us! We love it and use it for many of our Italian and pasta dishes. There are simply SO SO many recipes that we would serve to our kids with Barilla.
We are HUGE Ibotta fans in this household. Right now you can get a rebate for Barilla Pasta by using Ibotta and heading to Walmart. Ibotta is so awesome because it is a rebate app and works in tandem with coupon savings.
Happy Cooking and Preparing Delicious Snacks!
