Easy Gluten Free Peach Cobbler Recipe
Peach season is so sweet. This easy gluten free peach cobbler recipe is truly so simple that it really cannot be messed up. It is totally delicious, especially topped with vanilla ice cream! I made it with gluten free flour so that I could eat it too. Having Hashimoto disease is something I have learned to live with, gluten free eating and all. Peach cobbler is kind of a southern thing I think. I am feeling like making a double recipe and giving one as a gift is a really great idea.
Ingredients for Gluten Free Peach Cobbler
- ½ Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Gluten Free Flour
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Milk (can substitute almond milk)
- 4 Cups Fresh Peach Slices
Directions for Gluten Free Peach Cobbler
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt butter in a glass 9 x 11 dish in the oven.
- Mix together in a bowl: Flour, Sugars and Milk
- Remove casserole dish from oven and pour in batter.
- Top with the sliced peaches.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
It smells so awesome when it comes out of the oven. I like to let it rest for about 20 minutes before testing it.
Serve warm with ice cream! I personally think that it goes best with vanilla ice cream.
