  1. My 2 nieces are huge Harry Potter fans! They’ve seen every movie more than once and collect memorabilia too!

  2. I fell in love with the Harry Potter books as a preteen, and now my 8 year old is a PotterHead!! I love that it’s something we can connect with and share together.

  3. When my kids (both autistic, among other things) were younger, and could not read well, I read all the Harry Potter books aloud, partial chapters at a time, during dinner. (The one time when I might keep their attention.) We went through the entire series that way. My daughter still loves the books, and is re-reading them. (We lost my son before the series ended, but no doubt, he listened to the rest of the books from heaven.)

  4. I remember when the series came out. My oldest daughter who was in 4th grade at the time would disappear into her room and then run out in shock or excitement to give me updates. I knew every time a new book would be released that she would be in her room until she had finished the entire thing.
Now, sooo many years later, my youngest daughter has read through every single one with the exact same excitement!

  5. I enjoyed all the books. Haven’t seen all the movies.
I liked that Harry got kids to enjoy reading.
