White Chocolate Christmas Popcorn
White chocolate Christmas popcorn is a sweet and crunchy treat that feels extra magical during the holidays.

Ingredients
- 6 cups popped popcorn
- 1 Bag of White Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Cup White Cake Mix
- Christmas Sprinkles

Directions
Place one bag of white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.

Melt the chocolate chips in your microwave for one minute. Stir and then
microwave the chocolate chips in 30 second intervals, stirring between each one
until they are smooth.

Add 1/2 cup of cake mix and stir into the melted chocolate.

Add 1 bag of popped popcorn to the bowl of melted white chocolate chips.

Stir with a rubber scraper until all the popcorn is evenly coated with white chocolate.

Spread the popcorn out on parchment paper, and decorate the entire pan with a liberal amount of festive Christmas sprinkles. Allow it to cool completely.

Once cool and set, break the popcorn into chunks and store in an airtight container for up to 14 days. Spoiler alert: this yummy treat won’t last that long!
