Woodland creatures, nature and the outdoors are so fun to use as a theme. Whether the theme is for education, a party or a celebration…it offers so much opportunity. Here is a little woodland party fun that I created with the newest die in my collection available from Sizzix (and Ellison Education).
The acorn, flower and leaves are all little parts of the die. The largest part is a mask! I promise I will share that part soon. I cut out the little pieces from coordinating AdornIt decorative papers to use in kits for my last Crafty Happy Hour.
I had two kits leftover and I turned them into a card and a party decoration to share here on the blog. This is what was in the original kit.
This is the card.
And this is the darling party decoration. I love the way it all mixes up with paper, twine and buttons to create a mixed media masterpiece.
I decided to make a little puzzle to go with this post. If you do have a woodland party, this might be fun to put in the invitation or have on the party table as a place mat. You can download it FREE HERE.
My entire Laura Kelly Design Team is sharing projects they have created with dies that I design for Sizzix this month. I am in constant awe at their individual talents and creativity. Collectively, my team is the BEST ever! Check them out!
Cheers to creating things with dies and die-cut machines. They make DIY easier and more fun!
Love,
Laura
