Summer will be here before we know it and the kiddos will be ready for snacks…all day, every day! This sunshine popcorn mix is fun to make and easily adaptable to meet the dietary and taste needs of different children.

The first trick to a successful batch is to NOT eat all of the candies before you make it! These yellow candies are leftover from Easter. The sprinkles are from Bakers Party Shop, my favorite online source for baking things.
I love the way that the vanilla candy melts (once hardened) hold it together.
It makes a great gift too. With a little tag created using my Expressionery stamp, it’s adorable. If you click over and buy things from Expressionery, I make a little bit of money. Isn’t that awesome!!!
To find out how I made the yellow sunshine with paper and fabric, visit my post over on A Night Owl Blog. Hint, it uses my Sunshine Die from Sizzix!
Cheers to Popcorn and Sunshine,
Laura
