For some crazy reason, I am a little obsessed with snow globes this year. I made this one for my neighbor’s one year old daughter who also loves them! She can play with it because the pieces on it can be manipulated and moved around.
I started with a pile of felt from Kunin Group. The felt that you can buy by the yard is best because you can get a bigger pillow.
I sewed up a pillow then stuffed it with Poly-Fil. I added some pom pom fringe and some Poly Pellets for snow, both with Fabri-Tac glue from Beacon.
I created some snow globe inserts with felt that can be added and taken away because felt sticks to felt.
I used a tree die from Sizzix to make the trees and the ball ornaments. Click on it below to order one for yourself!
