Make a quick batch of the most delicious cake ball cookies with sprinkles.

This is a simple and great recipe that can be used for every possible themed party, celebration and event. Because the sprinkles can be any variety or color mix, use these cake ball cookies to add a pop of SWEET treat delight to you next gathering.
Ingredients
Gather up your ingredients, a mixer, parchment paper and a tray to work on so you can transfer your cookies to chill in the fridge if desired.
- ½ c unsalted butter, softened
- ½ c sugar
- 1 c dry cake mix (yellow, white or vanilla)
- ½ c flour
- 1 t vanilla
- ½ t salt
- ¼ c milk
- 2 T colorful sprinkles
- 10 oz white chocolate chips
These are my FAVORITE rainbow sprinkles.

Directions
Step One
In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the softened butter and sugar. Cream until smooth. Add in the flour and dry cake mix. Mix on low speed just until combined – it will be crumbly looking.

Step Two
Add in the vanilla, salt and milk. Mix on low speed until the mixture combines. You should be able to press it together and it forms a ball. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about thirty minutes.

Step Three
When ready to assemble, place the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and heat in 30 second increments. Stir well until smooth.

Using a spoon, dip each cake ball into the melted white chocolate and tap the excess off into the bowl. Transfer the dipped cake ball to a sheet of parchment.
Before the white chocolate sets, decorate with the sprinkles.

Step Four
Allow the cookies time to set before serving. This can be done in the refrigerator for a quicker serving time.

Raw flour should not be eaten. I suggest using almond flour.
Good idea. I think it depends on the flour.
